Misc Updates

Lost Penguins are within 2 weeks of their departure (8th April 2008) and as such training has been reduced the bare minimum. The team can not afford, both financially and physically, injury this close to the race.

Final preparations are now being made. This includes huge amounts of sewing, buying kit, trailing foods, dreaming up inventions to save damage to precious kit during the race, getting new fillings and growing beards. It has also given the team a bit of time to update the website.

Lots of changes on most pages and more to come before their flights.

Team Leaving Drinks

On 4th April the team will be having a blow out in the Big Chill in King's Cross.  This will be the last chance the team get to banish cravings for the grog.  Should be a good night and it would be great to see as many people there as possible.  Get there early - there isn't a reserved area.
