Are you on the mailing list?
If you are on our mailing list as a past Penguin, you should receive an invitation each year to camp with us around February. If you have not seen this and still want to be contacted, check your junk / spam mail or reach out camp@thelostpenguins.org.

Registration Form and camp dues
If you are interested to camp with us this year, please mail us at camp@thelostpenguins.org and let us know you plan to come this year. We can connect you to the current year's camper intake form and tell you how to pay dues.

Join us on Slack
If you have paid your camp dues for the current season, please make sure to request an invitation to our Slack workspace. That allows current campers to stay in touch about last minute updates relating to the camp.

Approved Camper Form and volunteer shifts
If you have paid your camp dues for the current season, we will ask you to complete the Approved Camper Form in July. This confirms your camping structure as well as your arrival and departure dates.

Then, we will send you an invitation to our current software that manages our shift registrations. Make sure to pay and sign up for shifts early for the widest selection of dates, times and options. Our shift registration formula for 2025 asks all Penguins to register for...

one cooking shift (approx 2.5 hrs)

one kitchen clean up shift (approx 1.5 hrs)

one front of house shift (snow cones, bar, host) (approx 2 hrs)

one build or tear down shift based on your arrival and departure plans, and
